Elizabeth Knower

Liz Joined RS in 2025 as SVP, Legal & Corporate Secretary, with more than 25 years of Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Governance experience in a variety of industries including Energy, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors. Most recently, she served as GC of NPK Access Solutions at NPK International, Inc. Prior to that, she was the Founder and GC of Complete-Discovery, LLC, an Information Governance and Privacy consulting firm, and served as in-house for Anadarko Petroleum. Liz began her legal career as a defense litigator in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her JD from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.
