DuraBOND™

DuraBOND™ is RS’ integrated finish technology, engineered to preserve pole performance, appearance, and durability. It combines aliphatic and aromatic polyurethane layers to create a chemically bonded finish that protects the pole from UV exposure, color fading, moisture, impact, and abrasion. Unlike surface coatings applied after manufacturing, DuraBOND™ is chemically cross-linked with the pole wall during the manufacturing process, becoming an integral part of the structure itself. This ensures protection that lasts the entire service life of the pole.

DuraWOUND™

RS composite poles are manufactured with our proprietary DuraWOUND™ technology, where precision-applied helical and axial filament windings reinforce the pole’s layers, creating a dense, uniform composite laminate with exceptional structural integrity. This helps eliminate failure modes common in conventional pultrusion while delivering superior wall strength and impact resistance.
