RS Pole Assembly

Resilient RS FRP composite poles are comprised of standard-sized modules which are configured to assemble poles up to 170 ft. [52m] in length in a range of strengths. The modules are assembled using jacking bars and two 2-Ton lever chain hoists to compress the slip joint. Once a slip joint has been compressed, it is mechanically fastened using a blind nut assembly. This video details the slip joint assembly process.

With embedded UV protection and a strong composite material that is resistant to fires and hurricanes, RS poles help to keep the power on and are designed for 80 years of service with no scheduled maintenance for a set it and forget it installation approach.
